Above and beyond any professional experience I have had in any line of work. We had initial contact in Jam of 2021 after my uncle had passed. There were some extremely unusual circumstances and he worked alongside assisting in any way possible for close to 10 months. Being from NJ with limited ability to travel during the Covid pandemic, Don went above and beyond his call of duty, assisting with cleaning out the property, selling and completing transactions on my behalf, selling a golf cart, minor repairs of the property, and assisted in dealing with the roofing company and gas company. Whatever I needed he was the go-to guy and as understanding and compassionate a person as ever. He even grabbed mail stuffed in the door that was extremely important insurance paperwork and forwarded it to me as it had final notice stamped on it. There is nothing short of complete excellence and professionalism on his behalf and he was there without any pressure to get the job done whatever it took, he stayed the course and guided me through everything.
